We ordered online during Boxing Day sale. Next day received a phone call from local store confirming sale and advising that the bed frame we purchased wasn’t suited to the mattress set we bought, she gave us options and made the necessary changes in our order. They followed up with delivery confirmations and timelines and arranged a pickup for the mattress bags. The delivery professionals were so friendly and efficient. All in all an awesome experience that we would repeat. COVID 19 has not beaten these folks!
